Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations

Sarah White, RNP, Vice President of Clinical Operations, joined INSPIRIS in February 2005, as Clinical Education Coordinator and was named Vice President of Clinical Operations for the Arizona market in October 2005, moving into the corporate position in June 2007.  She came to INSPIRIS from Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she worked with their geriatrics program for over 16 years. Ms. White has over 30 years of healthcare experience and holds dual certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. She also has extensive experience in nursing education, having taught at the University of Louisville School of Nursing and Spaulding University in Louisville, KY as well as the Gerontological Nurse Practitioner program at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.  She is the co-author of the book, Gerontological Protocols for Nurse Practitioners (Lippincott 1999), and a chapter on “Surgical Nursing” in Surgical Care for the Elderly 2nd Ed. (Lippincott-Raven 1998).
